Job Title: Web Developer
Location: Dhaka

Working Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday to Thursday
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain our websites. The ideal candidate will have a passion for web development, a strong technical background, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Design, create, implement, and manage websites using popular WordPress builders such as Elementor, Divi, Beaver, and Thrive Builder.
- Customize themes and develop custom plugins.
- Optimize website performance and ensure SEO best practices.
- Implement security measures and conduct regular security audits.
- Manage website content and provide user training and support.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to integrate digital strategies.
- Debug and resolve compatibility problems, bugs, and errors.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with the latest WordPress developments and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science.
- Or Diploma in Web Development
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Experience in software companies, IT-enabled services, or AI troubleshooting.
- Additional Requirements:
- Age: 27 to 40 years.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
- Experience in WordPress theme and plugin customization with Elementor.
- Knowledge of responsive design and front-end frameworks.
- Familiarity with SEO practices and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Certifications in Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics, Google Ads (Search & Display), and Digital Garage are an added advantage.
- Expert-level knowledge of WordPress core, themes, and plugins, as well as PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
- Sound knowledge in WordPress site development using Elementor, Divi, Beaver, and Thrive Builder.
- Experience in WordPress multisite.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Skills & Expertise:
- Bootstrap, HTML5 & CSS3, jQuery, UI/UX Design, Web Front-End Development.
- WordPress, WordPress SEO, WordPress Theme and Plugin Development.
- WordPress theme development and customization.
