Regarding living conditions, quality of life, and infrastructure, Schooling Visa recognizes the variability from one area to another and among individuals. Our responsibility is to offer support in the application process through expert counselors, Sheet Anchors, and our team. We provide assistance by offering checklists for required documents (subject to occasional changes), helping with document formats, guiding in document acquisition, advising on application completion, and ultimately providing submission guidance. The applicant acknowledges the responsibility to comply with the outlined terms and conditions and additionally agrees that Schooling Visa reserves the right to verify and cancel services if the candidate fails to adhere to these terms.

It’s important to note that Schooling Visa is not liable for refunding fees or other charges paid to Assessing Bodies, Embassy/Consulate/High Commission, or Immigration Authorities, regardless of whether the candidate obtains or fails to obtain approval/visa/immigration, or faces denial or non-approval at any stage. The registration/processing cost covers the company’s services only, excluding application or assessing fees. The candidate agrees to bear all additional costs incurred during the processing.

Furthermore, Schooling Visa reserves the right to publicize the applicant’s achievements through any media. While we provide guidance, the responsibility for getting documents attested or formatted from the required organization lies with the candidate. Although scheduling visa dates or associated tasks may be undertaken as a courtesy, these actions fall outside the scope of our charged services.

Schooling Visa retains all submitted documents, and original papers are not required. Scanned/photo copies suffice for our processing, and any requests for returning original documents will not be accommodated.

    • We do not guarantee employment but provide assistance in job searches, resume modification, and uploading on job websites. Additionally, we offer guidance based on past candidates’ recommendations, without charges, as courtesy value-added services.

    • The applicant assumes responsibility for providing all details affecting the application, including but not limited to past rejections, previous applications, and authorizations, with specific dates and outcomes.

    • Schooling Visa commits to processing the immigration application without bias for denunciation/cancellation or non-acceptance. We do not guarantee visa/immigration or related documents solely on merit.

    • Neither Schooling Visa nor its staff are liable for tampered documents/information discovered to be unreal, untrue, or fabricated. The applicant bears sole responsibility for costs and consequences arising from such actions.

    • The applicant declares that all records and information provided during the initial review and visa application are true. If rejection occurs due to any document created with the visa application, the applicant accepts consequences without implicating the company.

    • Schooling Visa does not entertain client-imposed deadlines, ensuring a thorough, meticulous process that upholds document excellence.

    • For online payments, the applicant agrees not to withdraw, adhering to refund guidelines stated in the agreement and prevailing laws in the State of Telangana under the Jurisdiction of Hyderabad.

    • We are not responsible for any travel or lodging arrangements made by the applicant before or after confirmation or landing in the country. The applicant is informed through mail or provided proofs, duly signed by the concerned authority, and should organize port of entry requirements independently.

    • Service charges by Schooling Visa are not benchmarked against market fees and are based on company standards. Claims of being too expensive post-registration will not be entertained.

    • The applicant need not submit all documents during the online registration. Three Sheet Anchors will handle the application with utmost care. Non-submission of documents will result in generic completion of forms, and requests stating “No documents submitted, so no work done” will not be entertained, as per the mutual consent in the Service Agreement.

    • Assessment is based on the Pre Registration Report (PRR), considering not only documents but also information from the candidate’s resume, emails, or telephone conversations. The review report is valid for one month from registration, and failure to submit documents after registration, without making an endorsement, will result in no refunds, as communicated to the candidate beforehand.

    Example:

Representation Clarification: If the applicant is enrolled for study visa or Immigration to other country or Canada, it’s important to note that the CIC does not mandate the use of a representative, and we do not act as one. The applicant is required to provide a self-portrayal, as utilizing us as a Paid Representative for representation, for which we are not licensed under CIC regulations, may jeopardize their application in the future. While we assist the applicant throughout the entire process, representation is not included. If the applicant insists on representation, they must sign forms IMM 5475 and form 76, designating an individual who will represent their documents. By signing this declaration form, the applicant acknowledges not paying any money specifically for the purpose of “Representation” to the CIC.

Language Proficiency Test Responsibility: It is the applicant’s responsibility to achieve the required band score in the language proficiency test. If the candidate fails, they can request additional time and re-write the test. However, the inability to meet a criterion over which the company has no control should not be a factor in the refund, as the company has managed all other aspects.

Changes in Application Procedures: The procedures for accepting applications at the concerned Embassy/High Commission/Consulate may change, and Schooling Visa has no control over these changes. These changes may include personal meetings, additional document requirements, or fee adjustments. In such cases, the candidate agrees to take responsibility for meeting these requirements.

Financial Responsibility Acknowledgment: The applicant acknowledges that the study and migration process requires demonstrating sufficient funds, ranging from 1 to 16 lakh (increasing if dependents are traveling), agreed to and registered. These funds may be required for a specific period, ranging from 1 to 12 months or more. Failure to demonstrate these funds during the application will result in denial or non-approval. In such cases, no refund will be issued by Schooling Visa.

Registration Nullification Clause: The client also agrees that any registrations for the same or other country/s made before the service agreement date with Schooling Visa will be nullified. No claims for service or fees can be made unless provided in writing by Schooling Visa.

    38.  In case of visa rejection due to the following reasons, no refund  will certainly be made.

    Visa Denial and Refund Policy:

    Financial Responsibility and Application Charges:

    • Application or processing charges paid to Visa authorities or other organizations are the client/applicant’s responsibility, not covered in Schooling Visa service charges. No claims for these amounts will be entertained in case of rejection.

    Flexibility in Documentation and Process:

    • Schooling Visa disclaims liability for assumptions regarding a specific timeframe for case submission. The immigration process is tailored, not generic, and may require additional documentation at various stages.

    Submission Process and Additional Documents:

    • The application submission is not common or time-bound. The situation officer may request additional documents based on changing process requirements. Refund requests on these grounds will not be entertained.

Termination of Services and Reasons for Non-Refund:

    • Schooling Visa can terminate services without a refund if the applicant:
      • Fails to provide all required documents within one month of registration.
      • Corresponds directly with an Assessment body without authorization.
      • Attempts to malign the name of Schooling Visa.
      • Does not respond to communications for over a month.
      • Backs out due to personal reasons.
      • Fails medicals or to provide a valid Police Clearance Certification.
      • Cannot prove sufficient funds for settlement or maintenance.
      • Has a prior immigration or visa regulation violation.
      • Submits additional documents late as requested by the consulate.
      • Faces technical issues hindering application submission during an intake period (100% no refund).

    Payment Agreement and Service Terms:

    • By making payment, the applicant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions. Schooling Visa reserves the right not to provide services without the client’s agreement to these terms.

    Responsibility for Delay Costs:

    • Schooling Visa is not responsible for costs incurred due to delays in the visa process beyond its control.

Mail ID Creation and Process Updates:

    • Schooling Visa will create a mail ID for the client for Express Entry profile, Job search, and Job Bank Account. The client can access an existing Mail ID with full authorization until visa issuance.

Periodic Process Changes and Refund Processing Timeframe:

    • Schooling Visa does not collaborate with embassies/governments, and process rule changes will occur periodically. Refunds, if applied, will be processed within 90 days of submitting the refund request form with evidence of rejection.

    Media Restraint and Legal Consequences:

    • The client agrees not to post defamatory content about Schooling Visa on any platform. Violation will be dealt with in an appropriate court of law.
