The client acknowledges and accepts that the complete invoice amount (invoice value) encompasses both the Schooling Visa Consultation Fee and the relevant service tax (20.00%). Nonetheless, any refund calculations will be based solely on the Schooling Visa Consultation Fee.
- In the event of a rejection by Immigration and Visa Authorities, Schooling Visa will initiate a refund as specified in the agreement. The refund process will be completed within 90 working days from the submission of the Refund Claim Form by the client to Schooling Visa. The client is required to provide a copy of the rejection letter from the Authority as evidence for the Refund Claim. Failure to include a copy of the rejection letter or the rejection stamp on the client’s passport will result in the non-refundability of the applicable amount by Schooling Visa. Additionally, the client must include the refund request form along with a copy of the payment receipt made to Schooling Visa. Non-submission of these essential documents will render the client ineligible for a refund.
